I researched cryotherapy for years, but never tried it. Suffered an injury last week and wanted to try localized cryotherapy to alleviate some of the pain. Rather than make an appointment.... only to talk myself out of going and cancel, I just went for it... walked right in to ask if I could snatch an appointment on the spot! Sara at the front desk was amazing... Not only did she work me in, she also let me know about the Self-Care Sunday special! Sara set the expectation and gave me a tour of the immaculate facilities, then I sat for my very first localized cryotherapy session!!! While my shoulder injury was receptive to the treatment, what blew me away is the impact it had on my back. I've had chronic pain in my lower back (tailbone) for years, and it's usually around a 7. I could IMMEDIATELY tell the difference where the pain decreased to maybe a 2 or even a 1 after the session!!! I couldn't feel anything right after treatment and as the day progressed I feared the pain would return (like it always does with the back shots and other treatments) but it didn't! I will be back again and I want to incorporate this with some other alternative treatments to see what life could look like without chronic pain!!!

TL;DR: Awesome knowledgable staff, All services and appointments include Private Rooms, Affordable, and best of all I am feeling a genuine improvement in my well-being and surgery recovery after only 3 visits thus far. My highest recommendation!Full review: I have had three knee surgeries and after the most recent I really hit a rut in finding progression during Physical Therapy, even months after surgery. Standard ice packs or heat only go so far, and any pain relief is too temporary with those. It was suggested I could find some relief through cryo services and additional compression methods which couldn't be facilitated at the therapy. I am extremely happy Cryoxygen clinic itself was suggested because the cryo freeze gun pictured (I'm sure it has a proper name!) gave a much deeper relief to my knee, reducing pain for a lot longer than an ice pack. Best of all I started doing it, and trying compression, prior to my PT and it allowed me to work my knee and muscles more thoroughly and provide that breakthrough in the area I was stuck in recovery. I haven't even tried the full body cryo yet, but that sounds WAAAAY better than dunking into an ice bath. Prior to surgeries, I was an athlete and I WISH this service existed 10 years ago to facilitate recovery and pain/inflammation recovery. Especially since I don't want to just pound Advil or Tylenol.They also have a hyperbaric chamber which the staff explained is great after surgeries in my case, and other saunas with specifically a salt sauna, which I look forward to during allergy season.And my favorite part, having been to a myriad of hospitals/therapy offices for surgery recoveries - everything they offer is used in a private room. No double bookings. No waiting in line. No being around others talking loudly on the phone or watching loud videos. When you just want to be alone and focus on your recovery or find a moment to yourself to relax and feel better, this place is it.Genuinely a great place, with great service, and great staff! My highest recommendation!

Amazing. In 1 week - post surgery- swelling is almost gone. Bruising has 90% cleared up. I am down right giddy after doing cryo - probably because I survived but I will take it. I also did the hyperbaric oxygen therapy- it is like getting a big bear hug for an hour. It has done wonders for pain mgmt. if you would have asked me a month ago if I would ever do cryo - I would have laughed you out of the room. But I am now a huge believer in both of these treatments. This place is GREAT! I suffered a sprain a few weeks ago and with just a few sessions of cryotherapy I noticed a huge difference. I also did the infrared sauna after some hardcore workouts and it reduced my soreness. The place is a little hidden but has plenty of parking spots directly in front. Sheila was amazing as well! I first heard about Cryotherapy from Dr. Espandyari, my physical therapist whom I’ve been seeing for a few years due to my back injury and chronic pain. In one of my recent sessions, Mr. Espandyari mentioned that the clinic was going to start cryotherapy treatments by the end of august. After giving me a full orientation about the concept of cryotherapy, he generously offered a free 1st session. Being skeptical by nature, I nodded “ok” and didn’t think of it as much. On September 6th 2023, I received a handwritten invitation in the mail to receive my free cryotherapy. When I went to the clinic, I was impressed with the setup and the equipment I saw in place, though I was a bit scared of what might come out of cryotherapy. After the session completed, in my disbelief, I was pain free. I feel that I am a whole new man.
